At the Teddy Bears Inn Day Nursery, we strive to do the following:

• We aim to support each and every individual at the setting to reach their goals and full potential, in a safe and respectful environment.
• The environment is well structured full of organised zones with constant learning provisions to cover all areas of learning.
• Each child and family is special to us and shall be given a key person and buddy to encourage a professional, secure and caring partnership in which the child will thrive and feel supported in every way.
• Children will have consistent care and education and transitions aided by dedicated key people.
• We aim to foster high levels of self esteem and confidence which will stay with them throughout their lives.
• We have strong boundaries which are flexible in their approach to include all children.
